These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at turnedupcustomcoatings.com (the "Site") and your interactions with Turned Up Custom Coatings ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Turned Up Custom Coatings is a floor coatings and concrete services business owned and operated by Gary Lloyd, based in Northeast Florida.

Information you submit through our quote request form or via phone, text, or email starts a conversation. It does not create a contract. All estimates are subject to an on-site evaluation and a written agreement before any work begins. Pricing displayed or referenced on the Site is illustrative only and subject to change without notice.

Our services are provided under separate service agreements entered into between Turned Up Custom Coatings and each customer. The terms of those agreements — not these Site Terms — govern the services themselves, including scope, pricing, warranties, and cancellation.

The Site and its contents — including text, images, logos, graphics, photographs, and design — are owned by Turned Up Custom Coatings or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
